Carefully fold your linen and place it back into its original reusable packaging, ensuring the items are clean and unused.

Generate a Label

Choose your preferred return method through the portal to receive a QR code or print a pre-paid shipping label for your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
